You need to ask yourself what you are willing to sacrifice to make your coffee shop a success. You need to make sure you have effective operational processes in place to propel your business. Most importantly, you need to make sure that the expectations you have for yourself are realistic. There is a lot of pressure associated with opening your own business because not only do you have responsibilities but you have liabilities as well. How realistic you are when you picture your life as an entrepreneur will be the most important factor in your future success.
