As early as the 1970s it was not uncommon to hear radio advertisements that simply mentioned a product or brand name and suggested consumers consider the purchase of a new model. Very little creativity, just the mention of the name. It worked.

Radio stations at that time felt that having a radio signal was a license to print money. Businesses flocked to radio and other forms of media to capture the market in advertising. It worked.

Fast-forward to the 21st century and you’ll find that era is no more. Radio is rarely afforded easy advertising dollars and marketing is about more than name alone. Brand loyalty is almost non-existent. It’s all about, “What have you done for me lately?” For more details visit to www.mrx-interview.com .If the answer is, “Not much,” you can expect former customers to use their internal GPS to locate new and greener pastures. Marketing strategies need to be reevaluated.

The mere mention of a brand name may draw a “So what” expression from most consumers. There are those flavor of the month brands that draw some buzz, but most businesses are finding they need to replace models quickly and dream faster than their customers who get bored with the latest device or product.

No, it may not be fair. Yes, it might have been easier to simply choose a brand and stick with it, but that’s not the way the game is played in this new millennium. What to do?

Well, you could lament this unfair dynamic or you can learn an entirely new set of rules when it comes to Internet marketing.

Advertising choices are no longer simply those associated with traditional media. Business has the opportunity to consider a variety of online media advertising solutions.

Consumers demand that businesses go out of their way to earn business. Services who use an online environment often bid for the right to provide service. The idea of monopoly in business is virtually non-existent. For more information logon to www.the-forum-list.com .Is it sensible to sit at the local coffee shop and lament the passing of good old days or does it make more sense to get back in the ring and go a full fifteen rounds? This is a fight for your future, a fight for your business – and it’s a fight you can win.

Mentioning your product name is not enough to instill trust and product acceptance. You need to go the extra mile. Create an environment that teaches the consumer why they need your product. Provide content that helps them learn how to use it. Give them additional content that allows them to envision what life would be like if they choose to use your product. Make purchase convenient. Insist on exceptional customer service. Do more than you have to and make that your personal gold standard in business.

In some ways the business environment in this century is harder than it’s ever been, yet in an online environment you open your business up to more potential consumers than you can imagine. Your extra work in marketing is simply a profound investment in enormous success. In almost every case you can imagine it is exceptional marketing online that spurs exceptional sales growth.

America is being bombarded by 16 ounce lattes and mega energy drinks. It is now acceptable for our youth to consume several sugary coffee drinks or highly caffeinated energy drinks each day. Health officials will soon admit what I have been known to be brewing the last several years: We are a nation low on energy and in need of quick fixes!

Are you low on energy? You must not be alone. Coffee and energy drinks have become big business in this country. There seems to be a high profile espresso shop on every down town corner and in every large office building. The other day I walked into a convenience store and counted the energy drinks offered in the cooler. I was amazed to find 32 different brands and types being offered. (I live near a large college campus.) Energy drinks are now part of the American Culture. “Do more and get more.”

Why are health officials concerned about this new “coffee and energy drink culture”? Highly caffeinated and sugary drinks quickly deplete our natural energy abilities. Caffeine tells the adrenal glands to produce more adrenaline. One big problem. We do not have an unlimited store of energy in our bodies. Energy reserves are restored by proper sleep, low stress and a proper diet. More than one or two cups of coffee a day is going to eventually empty the your natural energy reserves.

By drinking more than two or three coffee drinks a day you are robbing your body of the ability to keep a worthwhile store of energy available for use. It is a brutal cycle. The more coffee and energy drinks you consume, the less energy you actually have in your natural energy bank. Too much coffee and energy drinks causes poor sleep, detrimental weight gain and also weakens your immune abilities.

Don’t get me wrong, an occasional coffee or energy drink will not kill you. Just like alcohol, beer and wine you must use moderation. The less you consume (both alcohol and caffeine) the healthier you will be. Here are five things you can do to push the energy balance in your favor:

1. Get proper sleep. Much harder than it sounds. When your body “tells” you that it is tired, that means it is time to recharge, not refill your coffee cup. Try not to consume caffeine after noon time. Caffeine can stay in your system for eighteen to thirty hours and disrupt proper sleep.

2. Stay away from high simple sugar content foods such as sodas. Simple sugars elevate then drop your blood glucose levels. This is very hard on the body and leads to more damaging diseases down the road.

3. Add a good green superfood to your diet. Because most of us consume a very processed diet we are missing many of the trace minerals and micro nutrients our system needs to achieve maximum energy and immunity levels.

4. Add adrenal building herbs to your diet to help rebuild your energy storing glands, the adrenals. Some good examples, ginseng, licorice, cayenne, garlic, gotu kola and hawthorne berry. By drinking less caffeine and adding some of these adrenal building herbs as your daily supplements you will be surprised at how this will help you get more from just one cup of coffee versus needing three or four to keep going.

5. If you need a boost from caffeine try something that contains guarana. Guarana is similar to caffeine, but it releases its energy more slowly and evenly into your system. This does not give you the energy roller coaster effect that most people experience when drinking high doses of caffeine.

In August, I set out to find solutions and successes in the real estate market. I wanted to find “now” ideas and new concepts, practical marketing, viable success, and honest answers to help the crumbling real estate market. Searching through newspapers, business journals, how to manuals, and many other sources, it became obvious that I was finding the same old worn out rhetoric put out by the same people who brought this current economic disaster down upon the backs of hard working American citizens. Then one day late in August, in an exclusive part of town, I stopped for a coffee near a marketing firm I was going to, to find out how they were dealing with the current crisis. That’s when I found a real estate agent sitting in a coffee shop in an obvious state of glee and tranquility. Glancing over her shoulder while she was consumed with typing on her laptop, humming a familiar tune, I saw a yellow sticky note, it said, “My New Home Search” with a smiley face hanging on the top outer frame of the screen.

This was not what I had come accustomed to seeing; she had her nametag with her companies name and logo proudly positioned on her smart, yet casual blouse. This was like finding the missing link deep in the heart of the Amazon. Sitting at a table next her after getting a small cup of coffee, seated myself in a position in her line of site, so when she looked up from her screen she could not miss me. I waited for my moment. As I watched her typing I could feel her elation. Her body language spoke of a person in a state of joy and confidence. Then with a crescendo and final tap of her index finger she breathed deep, smiled and look me right in the eyes. “Hello”, she said waiting for my response. Coming out of my voodoo like trance, I framed a smile and returned her greeting with, “Why, hello miss happiness”.

My success in interviewing people over the years was to put people at ease so I could get to the root of the story. She didn’t miss a beat, “Well how are you doing Mr. Inquisitive?” She was as good at reading people as I was; this was going to be interesting. “Better now that I found you,” I replied. Again, without hesitation, she winked and said, “You look like a man who is searching for an answer, have you found one?”

Like a pro she framed that control question. I couldn’t help but chuckle and return her question with, “Yes I have, you.” Check and then the checkmate, “If I could, without prying to much ask, why are you so happy?” This time, like a tiger preparing its self to pounce, she placed her hands flat on the table, rose slightly, leaned forward, looked right and left to make sure imaginary people were not privy to what she was about to say and with a smile and whisper of a confident keeper of a secret she said, “I just closed on my new home.” She leaned back from her striking position, relaxed with confidence, grinned ear to ear as if she had just finished eating a five star meal.

There are moments when all the searching, the exclusive interviews, and marketing for information are simply preparation for the moment of revelation, this is how it always happens. I had found the answer and I quickly explained who I was and my mission. She offered to answer my questions on the condition that she remained anonymous. At least I could catch the tiger, even though I would loose the tail in the process, I continued and asked her to explain her success. Almost two hours later, a large cup of coffee, a cinnamon roll and an education on a real estate’s agents success story, I had what I was looking for. She handed me her card, gave me hug and with the stealth of an endangered Tibetan Snow Leopard she vanished as the door to the coffee shop closed.

Here is a synopsis in brevity of what she laid out for me. The key for her success came by a chance meeting at a seminar over a year ago, where she met a real estate agent who disclosed to her a new way of how to acquire qualified leads. They showed her Myhomesearchs.com and explained “exclusive marketing” and how, as a real estate agent, she could become a member and get exclusive qualified leads and guarantees of success at such a absurdly low cost, she could go with out her lattes for a couple of weeks and pay for it for the whole year.

Her success story was truly stunning; she had gone from living in a studio apartment in the poor part of town to buying her new dream home in one year because of the quality of the leads she had received from Myhomesearches.com. She was now the number one real estate agent in her company and the city. Her closing ratio to contacts had gone from under 20% to 95%. She know longer spent countless hours searching for leads, they came to her. She attributed her success to the exclusive marketing provided by Myhomesearches.com. Plus, the best part it, she had found her fiancé who was a the 3rd lead she had received from Myhomesearches.com, she sold his house and they shared an apartment until that day I found a happy real estate agent humming a familiar tune in a little coffee shop. The tune? Here’s part of a verse: “the sun will come up tomorrow, bet your bottom dollar…”

Ohio is ranked amongst the 35 largest states in the United States. It is also the 7th according to its population number. The nickname of the state is “The Heart of It All” due to the heart shaped feature of the State in the map. With this, many prominent locations and top-ranking hotels can be found in this region.

Found in the United States, along its Midwest portion is the state of Ohio. The Ohio state has Lake Erie in its north boundary. On its Southern portion, Ohio is bordered by Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia and Pennsylvania states, along with the Ohio River. Aside from this, Ohio shares its boundaries with Ontario, Canada. This would pertain to the above mentioned Lake Erie.

With regards to its terrain, it is regarded as mainly flat, especially along the state’s northwestern portion, due to its ancient glaciers. As the terrain heads towards the east as well as southeast, going to the Appalachian and Allegheny mountain ranges, it more hills become apparent.

Aside from the Great Lake of Erie and the Ohio River, this state also features a state forest. This is situated in Wayne and its exact location would be within the Cuyahoga Valley. In this area, you will find several National Wildlife Refuges, as well as islands located on Lake Erie. The capital of the Ohio is Columbus, which is situated in the state’s central portion.

The nickname of the state is “The Heart of It All”. This is due to the fact that the shape of the state is similar to a heart. It is also centrally located in the densely inhabited portion of the United States, which contains all the large commercial cities, industries, small towns as well farmlands. This concludes the name given to the state as “America’s Heartland”, possibly referring to its agricultural sector in the Midwest and its industrial base in the Great Lakes.
