i would like to open coffee shop.what should i prepare in this plan?

i hope can open a coffee shop but i don’t know how can i start for this plan.what should i need to prepare and survey before i open it?

Location, location, location. Make sure you have your shop in an area that does NOT have numerous similar types of shops nearby. You want to locate in an area that NEEDS a coffee shop. Be sure to have enough money to invest in the company, because you will lose money the first year, and be lucky to break even the second year. And lastly, you will need to advertise so that people know where you are. Try not to overprice your items. More people will come to your shop if they feel they can save a little money versus going a shop that charges more.
